Spacious, clean, friendly staff.

Its location was central, short walk from National Knife Museum. The staff was accommodating - I would return there.

Our favourite hotel in Chattanooga, do recommend it.

The room was pretty nice overall. The kitchenette had all the essentials-fridge, pots, and even silverware. The bed was super comfy, but it was high off the floor, made me a bit nervous with my dog. Everything was clean, and the shower was nice and hot. The AC worked perfectly, too. Just had a slight issue with getting a smoking room when we requested non-smoking, so we used a lot of Lysol. But other than that, decent stay.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. The bathroom had cracks in ceiling and mold in corner. The rooms were definitely in need of updating. Disappointed with breakfast - not enough choices.

Climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room and the quiet bed. A handy kitchenette and good bathroom. Great and nice setting in the great area, not far from mall and restaurants in vicinity, a movie theater, and the airport. The hotel of choice in Chattanooga.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief stopover

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a refrigerator and microwave, made storing and heating snacks very convenient for my one-night stay.

Nothing everything was great

I felt it was a bit run down but was clean....the beds could have been more comfortable.

the bathroom was outdated. but the room was very clean, enjoyed having a full-sized fridge, and the air conditioning worked great for the hot summer days! plus, staff were really friendly! 😊

Family with children perfect travel base

The front desk staff were super nice and helped me out as much as they could so I didn't break the bank for a room. Even remembered my name! The room was very clean, updated, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to stay at this hotel. It had a full-size refrigerator which was a game changer for keeping snacks for the kids.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but considering the quality it was acceptable.

The Beautiful Queen Room was spacious and clean. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Easy access to nearby attractions made it convenient 🌟

The room was cozy, and I loved the big TV for movie nights after a long day. I also enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool and unwinding in the hot tub, which were both super nice. The only bummer was that the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, I had a great stay! 😊
